Candidate Statements

There are two major innovations to the 2008 NAEYC Governing Board election:

  1. A 3 minute video is just a click away! Each candidate introduces themselves and their ideas in addition to the picture and traditional written Candidate Statement below. There are two sets of candidates. Two people running for one Affiliate Liaison position and four people running for two Governing Board at Large positions.

  2. Vote by mail, internet, or telephone! In January 2008, when your ballot arrives, you will be able to choose among three voting methods. The telephone method is available only in the continental U.S.

Your active participation in the voting process adds considerable value to our joint pursuit of our goals. Let your voice be heard in determining future directions for NAEYC!
