Marketing Opportunities

There are millions of children in early education programs—from preschool and child care to the early elementary grades. NAEYC provides several ways for you and your company or organization to reach the teachers and administrators within those programs. Among the avenues of outreach provided by NAEYC are mailing lists, advertising opportunities, and conference exhibiting.

To view 2012 Marketing Opportunities Guide and Rate Card, click here.

You can connect directly with the NAEYC Masterfile containing more than 114,000 members and event attendees by renting the mailing list. Call 1-800-899-4420, ext. 383 for more information about using the direct mail list. Members may opt-out of being included on these lists by indicating their preference when joining or renewing. Review details on the NAEYC mailing list.

Advertising Opportunities—NAEYC offers multiple outlets through which you may advertise your product or message.

The most prominent of these outlets is our bi-monthly practitioner-based journal Young Children. Young Children is the perfect place to advertise your products and services for children and connect with more than 90,000 NAEYC members. This publication can help you reach a wide variety of early childhood educators working with children from birth through third grade: teachers, program administrators, researchers, college and university students and instructors, and others are all regular recipients and readers of Young Children. Instructions on how to advertise in Young Children.

NAEYC's Annual Conference and Expo provides access to thousands of active participants in the early childhood education field. You may reach our conference goers by advertising in the final program of the Annual Conference. NAEYC's Annual Conference and Expo also yields sponsorship opportunities; you may sponsor events at the conference to help support NAEYC and promote your organization.

Teaching Young Children, our newest publication specifically for preschool teachers. For more information on TYC and it's content and rates, please see our advertising web page.

Conference Exhibiting—In November 2012, educators will come to Atlanta, Georgia, from across the country and around the world for the hundreds of well-planned workshops, seminars, and presentations on the latest research and information on early childhood development. They also come for the exciting Exhibit Hall, with more than 1,000 booths featuring the best materials, services, and ideas for early childhood teachers, administrators, and programs. Join the leading organizations serving the growing field of early childhood education by reserving your exhibit space today!

To arrange an exhibit booth at the 2012 Annual Conference, or get additional information, please see our advertising page.

Sponsorship and Exhibition opportunities available at the Annual Conference and Expo are also available at NAEYC's annual National Institute for Professional Development held every June.

For more information, please see our advertising page or contact Kathleen Donato via email or by calling (202) 350-8824.
