Voluntary Relinquishment Form

If for any reason your program no longer wishes to remain NAEYC Accredited, you may voluntarily relinquish your program’s accreditation. To relinquish accreditation, a designated program contact must complete a Voluntary Relinquishment Form and return it to the NAEYC Academy.
