Upon cancellation of the site visit and withdrawal from the accreditation process, a program may be eligible to receive a credit voucher for a portion of the Candidacy or Renewal Materials fee. A credit voucher is valid for one year and may be used towards the pursuit of NAEYC Accreditation. Please select the statement that best describes your program:

Programs that have submitted Candidacy or Renewal Materials and are awaiting the start of the 15-day window will be issued a credit voucher upon cancellation of the site visit and withdrawal from the accreditation process.

Once the program has entered the 15-day window, the site visit scheduling is in its final stages and must be cancelled. Programs that are within the 15-day window and choose to cancel the site visit and withdraw from the accreditation process forfeit all money paid.
