The NAEYC Academy is committed to responding to all written Feedback on Programs. This includes both compliments and complaints about programs that are currently NAEYC accredited as well as false advertising complaints about programs that are not NAEYC accredited.
The NAEYC Academy also welcomes:
- Feedback on the Accreditation System to understand how we might better serve our customers.
- Feedback on the Standards and Criteria to inform scheduled criteria reviews.
