Find the statement that best describes your program to review the procedures that will apply if your program experiences teaching staff changes.

"My program has submitted Enrollment (Step 1) and is working on its Self Study."

Do not report any changes of your teaching staff at this time.

"My program has submitted Application (Step 2) and is working on its Self- Assessment."

Do not report any changes of your teaching staff at this time.  Gather documentation of your new staff qualifications and be prepared to meet Candidacy Requirements.

"My program has had its site visit and is awaiting the accreditation decision."

Changes in teaching staff that occurred after the submission of Candidacy Materials should  be reported on your program's first Annual Report, if you successfully achieve accreditation.

"My program is currently NAEYC-Accredited."

Changes in teaching staff that occur while a program is NAEYC-Accredited should be reported on a program's Annual Report.  Programs should not Self Report changes in teaching staff within thirty (30) days.
