Interact one-on-one with Annual Conference attendees in the Learning Galleria!!

The format for sessions participating in the Learning Galleria is different from the regular 1-hour, 1-1/2 hour, or Wednesday sessions. Presenting in the Learning Galleria will give you the opportunity to meet with attendees in a small group setting which allows for more interaction.

The Learning Galleria will be open at different times throughout the Conference. For each time slot of either 1-hour or 1.5 hours, there will be approximately 35-45 presenters giving informal presentations and showcasing their topics in the Learning Galleria area inside NAEYC's Exhibit Hall.

Remember--
  • Be prepared to discuss your topic in an interactive and informal setting. NAEYC will provide you with a round table and chairs for small group discussion.
  • Don’t be afraid to be creative! Visuals and displays are encouraged. If you need a bulletin board and/or electrical outlet, please submit your request to conference@naeyc.org.
  • Come prepared with handouts and materials.
Presenter Changes: Presenter contact information or presenter listings that will appear in the Conference Final Program can be changed by accessing the NAEYC online Proposal Database by Friday, June 25.

Presenter Registration: As a presenter in our Learning Galleria, you will be able to register for the Annual Conference at a reduced rate. You will receive an e-mail in July when Registration opens and it will include a special password for you to use when registering.
IMPORTANT: If you are NOT able to participate in the Learning Galleria, please e-mail conference@naeyc.org as soon as possible.
