Attendees of the 2014 Annual Conference & Expo are eligible to earn continuing education units (CEUs) for their participation in this professional development event.
Follow these steps to earn CEUs for the Conference:
- Register for and attend the Conference in Dallas, TX.
- Visit NAEYC’s Online Learning Center to purchase CEUs and submit a $25 CEU processing fee. First time users will need to set up a free account.
- Within 30 days of the conference, log in to your Online Learning Center account to complete a required assignment. Attendees will need to submit the title, date, time, length, and feedback for each session attended.
Certificate: Upon successful completion of the required assignment, attendees earn a Certificate of Completion indicating the number of CEUs earned. The certificate will be available for download from the My Courses section of the Online Learning Center within 4-6 weeks of completing the assignment.
Number of CEUs Earned: Attendees can earn 1 or 2 NAEYC CEUs for attending sessions at the Conference. To earn 1 CEU, attendees must complete a minimum of 10 hours of sessions. To earn 2 CEUs, attendees must complete a minimum of 20 hours of sessions.
Cost: $25 processing fee; CEU fees are nonrefundable.
Undergraduate University Credit
Portland State University will offer undergraduate credits for the 2014 Annual Conference. Portland State University operates on a quarter credit system. Conference participants may earn one or two undergraduate quarter credits. In order to receive credit, attendance at the NAEYC Annual Conference is required along with a final assignment due December 8, 2014. * First-time PSU students will be charged a $25 non-refundable fee, plus $2 service charge, to establish a PSU non-degree student account. Registration will reflect standard policies relating to registration payment processing fees, and adding or dropping courses.
Registration will only be available online. Online registration is available until December 1, 2014.
