EXCITING and UNIQUE NEW Annual Conference Feature!
NAEYC is excited to announce the addition of a limited number of Corporate Sessions to our 2013 Annual Conference list of marketing opportunities.
The Corporate Sessions provide an exceptional opportunity for companies and organizations seeking a platform to share important and timely information about a particular program, service or product. The Sessions are designed to offer Conference attendees a larger window, and more focused access to information that will enhance their work in early childhood education. The Sessions are also seen as an excellent sales and marketing opportunity for exhibitors and vendors.
The request for this type of presentation platform has been submitted for several years by our exhibitors and vendors, and the inaugural year will launch here in Washington, November 20-23, 2013.
Where and When
The one hour Corporate Sessions will be offered on Thursday and Friday, November 21 and 22 in the Washington Convention Center. The rooms will be set theatre style or in rounds, and they will accommodate approximately 150.
Ideas for anticipated content could include: products or services that are early childhood focused, content that is research-based, content that announces a new product or service, or a product or service that is best explained in a smaller group setting. For example, there is a renewed focus on children and their natural environments. A company has developed a new, turnkey product line for early childhood educators to share with students. The Session content describes observation, research, product development and instruction for use in the classroom. The Session presenters are invited to distribute information and marketing material. A brief description of the proposed content must be provided to NAEYC for a short review to ensure all content aligns with developmentally appropriate practice.
Corporate Sessions will be highlighted on a separate page in the Final Program. The format will include a brief description of the Session content and the company or organization’s logo in four color. The Sessions will also be included in the Final Program’s daily listing. Social media announcements about the Sessions will be made on the scheduled day to Conference participants. The reservation fee for a Corporate Session is $3,500, and will be reserved on a first come, first reserved basis.
