There are three ways to register—

To be eligible for Student Registration, you must be a full-time student and enclose a copy of your valid student ID.
Each person in your group of 10 or more will receive $10 off their Conference Registration fee.
To qualify, all registrants in the group must be at the same address and all names must be submitted at the same time; only ONE payment to cover all registrations will be accepted. Registrations that arrive later will NOT be eligible for the group discount, nor will they count toward the 10-person minimum.
No refunds will be issued for a Group Registration; substitutions will be permitted.
Note: Individuals registering for one day, Separate-Fee Workshops, or as a presenter are not eligible for the group discount.
Each Registration must be accompanied by full payment. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Non-US registrants—be certain your fees are paid in US funds drawn on a US bank, bank draft, or credit card.

If you register by September 12, your name badge will be mailed to you prior to the Conference.
The Final Program will not be mailed in advance. You may pick up your copy on-site in the Conference Registration Area, Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, during the following days and hours:
Tuesday, Nov. 4 1:00-7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 5 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 6 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 7 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 8 7:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
Exhibit Hall entry
Due to safety concerns, we cannot allow children or strollers in the Exhibit Hall. Only paid registrants (adults only) with a conferee name badge will be permitted to enter the Exhibit Hall.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
All fees are nonrefundable after October 10. Cancellation prior to October 10 will incur a $75 processing charge per Registration. Telephone cancellation is not accepted; certified mail is recommended. When submitting a refund request, please include the name and registration ID of each registrant, the name of the organization or person receiving the refund, and the address for where to mail the refund. There are no refunds for group registrations, only substitutions. Refund requests must be mailed to:

Refund requests will be processed after the Conference.
By registering for NAEYC's Annual Conference, you give NAEYC and its authorized representatives permission to disclose your conference registration information to any hotels where NAEYC has blocked hotel rooms for the Annual Conference, for the purpose of handling your hotel reservations and for determining whether NAEYC's hotel room block contractual obligations have been met, and you also give such hotels permission to disclose your hotel reservation information to NAEYC and its authorized representatives for the purpose of determining whether NAEYC's hotel room block contractual obligations have been met.
Your Registration fee does NOT include membership in NAEYC. To receive the member discount, you must provide your valid/current NAEYC membership ID#.

If you mail your payment, please allow 3 to 6 weeks after your application has been processed to receive your Welcome Packet containing your membership information. By mail, send a check or money order, payable to NAEYC, to NAEYC, PO Box 97156, Washington, DC 20090-7156.
International registrants: NAEYC is pleased to extend the member registration rate to members of early childhood associations outside the United States that are our Global Alliance partners. View the list of participating organizations. To register at the member rate, indicate your Global Alliance # on the Registration form.
NAEYC, an authorized IACET provider, will offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the 2014 Annual Conference. Click here for more information.
Portland State University will offer undergraduate credits for the 2014 Annual Conference. More information will be available soon.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NAEYC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant or attendee to NAEYC’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image, likeness, and appearance in photographs of such events and activities.
Expenses of training—including tuition, travel, lodging, and meals—when incurred for the purpose of maintaining or improving your skills in your present profession are tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
