The Platinum Sponsor package for the 2012 NAEYC Annual Conference offers the highest level of beneficial collaboration and access to NAEYC members and Conference attendees. This exclusive and customized package is for companies and organizations seeking a more encompassing alliance than that of exhibitor at the most prestigious and influential conference in early childhood education. Each year, the Conference draws nearly 12,000 attendees at the three day event. Platinum Sponsors are prominently featured in multiple locations on the NAEYC website available to members and Conference attendees, on all conference signage, materials, and promotional mailing as soon as commitment is confirmed. The package includes added features with a value of more than $7,000.
With an assigned sponsorship fee of $30,000, an NAEYC Annual Conference Platinum Sponsor will be the exclusive named and recognized supporter of an important Conference event and gain exposure and networking opportunities throughout the duration of (pre, during, after) Conference activities. The Annual Conference will have up to 5 (Five) Platinum Sponsors. The sponsorship rights fee is entirely unrestricted. There is no minimum contract term. All rights and benefits detailed below are limited to the 2012 Annual Conference only.
