The theme for the 2012 Week of the Young Child™ is  Early Years Are Learning Years®. For 2012, we would also like to offer you a variety of sub-themes. You can choose to use these themes however you would like. As always, the NAEYC theme for WOYC is a suggestion and not a mandate. These sub-themes can be used for each day or as a means of tailoring the Week of the Young Child™ to your specific program, school, or community.
