The National Clearinghouse for English Language Acquisition and Language Instruction Educational Programs site presents a broad range of research and resources to support an inclusive approach to high-quality education for dual language learners. Search for “early years” or “preschool” for resources relevant for teaching young children.
TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages, Inc.) provides information on teaching English to speaker of other languages, including English proficiency standards for children in grades prekindergarten through 12.
