Important: Please mail payment by November 1, 2019 to allow enough processing time before the event.

To view the room capacity and setup for your session(s), click on the session title and scroll to the bottom of the pop-out window.
IMPORTANT: Due to labor costs and the number of sessions in a meeting room, it is difficult to fulfill requests for alternative setups. NAEYC reserves the right to assign any room set-up and capacity based on availability and to modify room sets as needed.
Housing within the official NAEYC room block is open. To make your reservations, please visit https://www5.cmrhousing.com/naeyc2019/Housing/ResHotel. Housing may fill up quickly, so we recommend booking now to reserve your spot.
With the exception of Poster and Research Poster presentations, the following A/V equipment will be provided for Conference sessions: an LCD projector, projector screen, podium with microphone, and a table microphone with a head table for three. The LCD projector will have a VGA cable long enough for the presenter to operate their laptop from the podium. HDMI, DVI or any other type of connection to the projector will not be provided. If you’re using your own Mac or Sony computer for your presentation, it’s vital that you bring your own adapter to connect your laptop to the LCD projector. ADAPTERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON-SITE. Due to the high cost of labor and equipment rentals, NAEYC is unable to accommodate additional audiovisual equipment requests from our presenters.
Any additional A/V equipment is at the presenter’s expense. This includes computer audio patch kits (needed if you have sound embedded in your PowerPoint/multimedia presentation), flipcharts, laptops, internet, additional microphones, etc. If you need additional audiovisual equipment, outside of what NAEYC will provide, please see below for order forms/contact information.

Complimentary Wifi service is available throughout the facility. Connect via the network “MCCWiFi.” Note that this is not a guaranteed service; if internet is mission critical to your session, ordering wired internet is strongly recommended.

Please follow the corresponding guidelines when presenting a session.
The Conference Program will include session titles, presenter names and affiliations, as well as a brief description. NAEYC may edit session titles and descriptions for grammar and clarity.
If you must cancel your presentation, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the proposal ID# and session title. Cancellations are accepted from the Primary Presenter only.
Product Sales are not allowed in sessions
