NAEYC Accreditation of Early Learning Programs is dedicated to operating an accreditation system that is reliable, collaborative, and responsive, with support for programs to provide high quality care for children. Feedback is key to quality improvement and maintaining the efforts of NAEYC to continually improve and strengthen the accreditation process for all stakeholders. As part of this collaborative process NAEYC welcomes your feedback and suggestions on all aspects of the accreditation process, as well as concerns related to currently accredited programs maintaining quality care, and misleading advertisements of NAEYC accreditation. Complete the following form and let us know how we can improve our process to optimize quality learning experiences for all children.
Concerns regarding currently accredited programs should include information that the program is not meeting or complying with the 10 NAEYC Early Learning Program Standards, or policies and procedures. Any concerns reviewed in this process will result in a review of the program’s accreditation status only. Incidents related to the wellbeing and safety of children or the regulation of the program should first be reported to the proper local licensing or regulatory authorities.
