Attention! Nonmember registration opens on December 15. Any nonmember registrations created before that date will not be completed in the system, and payment cannot be accepted to confirm these registrations. Visit us again on December 15 to register any nonmember individuals in your group or become a member today at https://www.naeyc.org/get-involved/membership/join.
As part of the registration process, please note that attendees agree to NAEYC’s Code of Conduct, General Consent and Release for Use of Your Image, and the Acknowledgement, Waiver and Release. Review NAEYC’s 2026 Public Policy Forum policies in full here.
While we collectively advocate on behalf of educators, families, and young children, the Public Policy Forum is not for children. For safety reasons, we cannot allow children in session areas. Participants are limited to people 18 years and older.
Important Registration Information
Individual Registration
Registration opens on December 1, 2025!
Note: When registering online, use a NAEYC account to access the online system.
If you already have a NAEYC account, log in using the email address and password connected to your account. If you do not know your password, you will have an opportunity to reset it.
If new to NAEYC, you will need to create an account when prompted and then proceed with registering.
- Unpaid registrations will be deleted at the end of each business day. If an extension is needed, please email [email protected].
Group Registration
Registration opens on December 1, 2025!
If you are registering a group of 5 or more, please visit our Group Registration page.
Unpaid registrations will be deleted at the end of each business day. If an extension is needed, please email [email protected].
For groups still determining team members, name substitutions will be permitted for paid registrations. Placeholder names will be permitted for paid registrations. To change a registrant's name, email [email protected].

Refunds/Cancellation of Registration
Fees are nonrefundable after January 23, 2026. Cancellations submitted by January 23 will incur a $25 processing charge. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted. When submitting a refund request, please fax it to (415) 293-4746 or send an email to [email protected]. Please include the name and registration ID of each registrant and the name of the organization or person receiving the refund. Refund requests are processed after the Public Policy Forum using the same method of payment used for Registration.
If registration is fully paid, with payment received, a name change will be permitted as requested by the sponsoring organization/original registrant.
All attendee balances must be paid in full before attendee(s) may receive badge and materials onsite.
Onsite registration will not be available.

NAEYC Membership
To receive the membership discount, you must be a NAEYC member in good standing. If registering online, you will need to log into your NAEYC membership account. If registering using the registration form, you will need to provide your active NAEYC membership ID#.

If mailing in a check payment for membership, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing once the payment has been received by NAEYC. Send your check or money order to NAEYC Membership, P.O. Box 97156, Washington, DC 20090-7156. Note: Please send membership payments ONLY to this address. Do not include your conference registration payment on this check.
Nonmember registrants will automatically receive a NAEYC membership. Please note that the membership will be processed after the Annual Conference has concluded; those who register at the nonmember rate will not be eligible for the member registration rate.
School or agency administrators: NAEYC membership must be in the name of an individual. A director’s membership does not extend to other staff members.
NAEYC-accredited programs: NAEYC Accreditation does not include membership in the Association.
General Consent and Release for Use of Your Image
By registering, you agree and consent to the following terms which shall be deemed a General Consent and Release for Use of Your Image by you in order for, NAEYC, or anyone authorized by NAEYC, to record and use, as NAEYC may desire in its sole and absolute discretion, all recording and reproductions or depictions of such exhibitor’s, or attendee’s name, likeness, voice, persona, words, actions, and/ or biography, which NAEYC may make, including without limitation the right for NAEYC, or anyone authorized by NAEYC, to use such recordings, reproductions, or depictions in or in connection with any legitimate purposes, including for advertising, publicity, trade, and editorial purposes, at any time in the future in all media now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world.
Special Needs
When registering online, please submit all special or ADA accommodation requests to NAEYC by Friday, January 9, 2026. NOTE: NAEYC will try to respond to requests in the order in which they are received. NAEYC cannot guarantee that any requests made after Friday, January 9, 2026 will be fulfilled.
