America for Early Ed is NAEYC’s non-partisan mobilization and grassroots effort focused on continuing to elevate early childhood education and educators using a variety of tactics, including social media and on-the-ground support for members and Affiliates.
Access to high-quality early learning is about realizing the American Dream—ingrained in our values of equity, opportunity, and fairness. All young children, birth through age 8, deserve a chance to start school ready to reach their full potential, and with the voices of America’s parents, educators, and allied community members leading the way, we will collectively work to ensure that candidates and policymakers from both sides of the aisle embrace early learning as a "must," with a commitment to expanding opportunity, supporting excellence, and valuing early childhood educators.
Donations will help NAEYC
- build effective, consistent advocacy skills among members;
- strengthen the image of those who care for and educate young children;
- ensure needed investments are made so that high-quality early learning programs with highly qualified, well-compensated educators are available to every young child and family.
- Promote a comprehensive agenda for young kids and early childhood educators to all candidates running for office.
